Florida First Senior Home Care has great customer service, honestly the best I have ever dealt with. It is so nice calling a company and the owners, Brad and John always answer the phone all of the time. They know everything about long term care insurance, and can answer every question I ever have in one second. John came over the same day and filed the claim and they do all the paperwork. They are very quick and efficient, you never have to wait for anything. They were able to line up 3 interviews for live in care for my Grandmother in less than 24 hours. We loved 2 of them and had a hard time deciding which one to use. The one we settled on that they referred to us, Marcia, is so wonderful. She speaks perfect english, which is a problem we had with the company we used before. I am so grateful I found this company, and my Grandmother is in love with her caregiver. I rarely write reviews, but this company deserves it!

Florida First Senior Home Care has provided devoted, knowledgeable, loving caregivers for my 93 yr old mother, thus enabling her to remain in her own home for the past four years. Brad and John are a pleasure to work with, always responsive to issues you are dealing with and always eager to fill whatever need arises. I have worked with several home health care agencies in the past. None of them has provided the personal care and service provided by Brad and John at Florida First. I highly recommend them!

Working with Florida First Senior Home Care has been a total pleasure. The owners are both involved and everyone of the staff members make you feel like part of their family. Most importantly, the female and male help they refer are outstanding!! One person was nicer and more capable than the next. My Dad was ill for a long time and as he got worse, different people were needed. First Florida covered it all. They were flexible, intuitive and really cared about whether you were happy or not. Unfortunately, my Dad is no longer with us but now we are utilizing the agency for my Mom with completely different needs. I would definitely recommend this agency!! Thank God for First Florida!!

We are extremely happy with the Aide that Florida First Sent us back in Feb. 2019. We still have her now. They were able to send us someone that would take care of our dog and my spouse.

I have been working with Florida First Senior Home Health Care for the last 4 years first working with them starting in July of 2016 when my father needed full-time care and for the last three years they have been working with me for my Mother’s care. They do an amazing job with follow up and always make sure that we have the most highly qualified aide and whenever a substitute aide is needed we get someone immediately that is also very qualified. I would give them the highest recommendation as they have helped me tremendously in caring for both of my parents through very challenging and difficult times.

Although we were in a difficult situation, my husband had a stroke, Florida First Senior Home Care came through for us literally in minutes. The next morning we had an aid to help us. We have 2 ladies that rotate in a 24 hr day. They help with my husband and around the house. Besides being invaluable in their care for my husband they are very kind. They have taught me how to help him with basic things around the house. These ladies are great!! Thanks!
